This establishment has a rich history and has proudly served Atlanta's gay nightlife since the early '70s.

  In1991, it became The Heretic and since then has been providing a safe space for dancing, drinking, and sometimes--debauchery--but most importantly, for its patrons to be themselves.

We host a variety of internationally-acclaimed DJs, themed nights, and other events. Heretic is the home of the former Three Legged Cowboy and their venu for free Country Nights on Thursdays.
