EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Having launched multiple startups and managing other small businesses, I have had positions where it was crucial that I was able to wear many hats simultaneously even under sometimes tumultuous circumstances. Because of this, I have accumulated a wide breadth of practical business knowledge and an overall understanding of the ins and outs of the business process. From ideation to actualization, I have been responsible for managing nearly every facet of business at one point or another. This rich experience has allowed me to be adaptable and malleable when the need arises. 

Of course, I have had more honed-in experience in certain facets. Most recently, those being agile program management, product management, and automation integration / process improvement (alongside my Advance Yourself Integrated Wellness & Development consulting).

· Assessed potential candidates for suitability for different programs such as management training and leadership development initiatives

· Helps clients develop custom-tailored strategies for promoting and developing skills that improve their leadership ability, but also help them enhance their overall well-being & work-life balance

· Builds strategic partnerships across multiple business segments to help executives and senior leaders improve productivity and well-being throughout their teams

· Created the ‘Advance Yourself’ flagship program targeted at new business leaders & high-potential employees who seek to enhance leadership soft skills and also improve their overall satisfaction and well-being

· Conducted educational workshops to spearhead employee training on available tools and optimal strategies

· Assisted leadership teams with building shared beliefs and attitudes across organizational structures

· Created and implemented new training initiatives such as online modules, interactive software, and online programs, assuring continuous training to employees to promote long-term excellence

Advised executives on best practices for growth and productivity goals, consistently helping individuals realize their professional goals such as promotions, new jobs, project excellence, etc.
